We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and promote industrial products including hydraulic hose fittings, adapters, tube fittings, expansion joints, and related engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and customer referrals.
• Promote and sell the company's industrial products to prospective customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up for order closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales forecasts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic, industrial, or engineering products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
